A poem from a mere poet, a lover of words and other strange things !!

A poem inspired by the living and the dead.

Minds of men, they fail and weaken
Peace in a woman’s heart , the beacon
Love and death intertwinedβ€Š-β€Šthey are one
Human life, sacred and preciousβ€Š-β€Šthey are done
A deeper forceβ€Š-β€Šthe metal angel, she sings
They whisper all my thoughts, it brings

A pretty picture with just a word
A thought flies away like a bird
Throw the ego, is it love or desire
My metal angel, she is for hire
Mirrors they sing my songs
A verse, where does it belong

Confused by the voices in my head
My sunshine left me, I saw red
Moonshine feeds and lights my way
My metal angel and me, decay
