DON’T FEAR
This poem is more of a lullabye from a scene within my Novel—Diaries of the Missing Children: Carsa Rosain Cecil
——————-
Don’t fear the dark
Don’t fear the night
The light will come
Just close your eyes
Your heart is pure
My love will shield
There is no force
That could prevail
When the sun will rise
Then we will play
And play all-day
For you my dear
There will be those
Who’ll try to take You away
Tear us apart
I will break them down
For you my love
Forever you’ll be by my heart
And when the sun says its goodbye
Then I will hold you in my hands
Take you home
Safe from the dark
The night won’t haunt you anymore
Don’t fear the dark
Don’t fear the night
The light will come
Just close your eyes
I have you here
So, don’t you fear,
Just go to sleep
My little one.
