Exercise is a cheap thing. You don’t earn money for yourself, or for your family. Either you don’t see an immediate effect.
One thing, I always like when I watch Netflix, it gives me instant gratification. In the morning, when I drink coffee with 2 spoons of sugar, my energy level goes up. Actually, I fully wake up after the sugar dose.
Self-development guru tells us to perform good actions on daily basis. I recommend myself the opposite — ignoring bad habits on daily basis.
Ignoring bad habits and replacing them with good ones is the best way to keep your body and brain on track.
Among good habits, I found exercising daily a good one. It is like buying family ice cream during Christmas for me. It gives us many benefits, for moving your body here and there.
1. Exercise Fuels your brain
Last year, I went to ‘buddha matt’ a sacred place for meditation. They told me the benefits of controlling the breath. Our breath is the main functional part of our body. When we stop breathing, we die. Breathing helps digestion, throws toxic substances out of the body and help us live.
As a software engineer, having 10 hours seating job and 2 hours writing session continuous for 5 day week, I get less time for exercising. Still, I am able to exercise, which in turn helps me to get more oxygen to my body.
More oxygen you get, your activeness increase. Oxygen helps rapid oxidation, which helps the body to throw down toxic out of it. It gives enough oxygen to our neuron, and help them to work more efficiently.
If you’re struggling with laziness or any addiction, I recommend you refuel your body with oxygen. It’s free. 30 dips or 20 jumps are enough for making the body warm in 5 minutes. It helped a lot to increase my brain clarity and functioning.
2. Exercise makes you carefree
When I feel stressed, I do pushups. When I feel high, I do pushups. When I feel lazy, I do pushups.
For me, exercise is a solution to many problems. When you exercise, the brain release feel-good hormone. It makes you stress-free and happy.
Our body works on hormones. Exercise regulates and balances these hormones.
Exercise helps the brain to think carefree. You stop thinking about things that you can’t control. Daily 100 pushups keep my body in a good shape and help to boost my confidence.
There is a relationship between emotions and exercise. Exercise increases your thought clarity and motivates you to make a new emotional connection.
In a school, students who play sports remain more active than those who are bookworms. A healthy brain creates, healthy individuals. Exercise makes our life easy. It synchronises our brain with the body.
Exercise helps in the overall development of the human body and brain. It is important to exercise regularly, even when you’re burdened with work. It will help you to get your life on the right track.
