I mostly write about mental health and mental illnesses Having been through severe depression myself, and still going through it, I want to help provide information, resources and insight. I do write on various other topics from time to time just to help improve my writing skills and change things up.

I can be a pretty quiet person but enjoy writing and reading. Always looking to connect with people and hear their stories.
